How Sage turned the entrance to Accountex into a queue

At Accountex London 2025, Sage put Supersize at the entrance to ExCeL and gave arriving visitors a mind-controlled challenge that was almost impossible to walk past.

How Sage turned the entrance to Accountex into a queue

The challenge

In one of the UK’s busiest accountancy exhibitions, Sage needed to command attention in a vast venue before competing stands had a chance to distract arriving visitors.

What we built

Place a giant playable Sage experience at the entrance and let visitors control it using nothing but their concentration.

The experience

Players stepped onto the activation point and faced a screen several metres high. Their concentration drove the action while their score, time and position were displayed at a scale the surrounding crowd could follow.

The result

Across two days, 633 people took part. Supersize drew queues from the beginning of each day until the show closed, making Sage one of the first brands visitors encountered and one of the hardest to miss.

Queues

The scale turned every individual attempt into a public spectacle. One person played, dozens watched, and the queue itself became part of Sage’s presence at the show.
